He has served as a presenter at the Utah Commercial Real Estate Symposium. Marcy Pitman has been a real estate broker for more than ten years. She joined Coldwell Banker Commercial with a diverse background in the industry. She holds a Real Estate Broker’s license in North Carolina, Utah and Colorado. Marcy graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a bachelor’s degree in Professional Writing and a minor in Geology.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Marcy was a brokering partner and the Marketing Director for Landmark Realty Group of Cashiers, North Carolina. Marcy gained extensive experience in all aspects of residential, commercial and investment property transactions.
She began her career with Coldwell Banker Commercial as the Property Administrator for Asset Services, where she established and maintained client and tenant relationships, oversaw building maintenance, and facilitated in yearly budgets and CAM reconciliations.
Although she thoroughly enjoyed property management, she missed the daily challenges of brokering real estate. Marcy has enjoyed returning to her brokering roots through assissting landlords and tenants with buying, selling and leasing properties.

A native Floridian, Marcy is a former competitive water skier. She and her husband, Lucas, who is a native Montanan, enjoy the thrills of snow skiing, kayaking and sailing.
