Don Enlow

Mr. Enlow brings a wealth of commercial brokerage knowledge and experience to the Utah commercial real estate market. He specializes in tenant representation and the sales and leasing of industrial, land, and investment properties regionally and in Northern and Southern Utah. Mr. Enlow’s background in real estate and economics promotes a broad understanding of the real estate market as a whole, and its impact upon the clients he represents. His representation of many types of real estate users puts him in an excellent position to assist clients in making the most financially advantageous business decisions. He assisted in completing the largest industrial lease transaction in Utah in 2010 consisting of 615,000 SF.

As a recognized authority in the commercial real estate market, Mr. Enlow is asked to consult on a variety of commercial real estate issues. He has served as a presenter at the Utah Commercial Real Estate Symposium. Mr. Enlow’s attention to his client’s needs and customer service makes him one of the most esteemed commercial real estate professionals in the market.

Mr. Enlow has been a part of hundreds of millions of dollars in property transactions, totaling over 300 transactions and millions of square feet of commercial real estate.

Marcy Pitman

Marcy Pitman has been a real estate broker for more than ten years. She joined Coldwell Banker Commercial with a diverse background in the industry. She holds a Real Estate Broker’s license in North Carolina, Utah and Colorado. Marcy graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a bachelor’s degree in Professional Writing and a minor in Geology.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial, Marcy was a brokering partner and the Marketing Director for Landmark Realty Group of Cashiers, North Carolina. Marcy gained extensive experience in all aspects of residential, commercial and investment property transactions.

She began her career with Coldwell Banker Commercial as the Property Administrator for Asset Services, where she established and maintained client and tenant relationships, oversaw building maintenance, and facilitated in yearly budgets and CAM reconciliations.
Although she thoroughly enjoyed property management, she missed the daily challenges of brokering real estate. Marcy has enjoyed returning to her brokering roots through assissting landlords and tenants with buying, selling and leasing properties.

Her experience in all aspects of brokerage services is a welcomed asset to the team of professionals at Coldwell Banker Commercial. She offers a strong knowledge of marketing, financial management, business development, and real estate transactions.
A native Floridian, Marcy is a former competitive water skier. She and her husband, Lucas, who is a native Montanan, enjoy the thrills of snow skiing, kayaking and sailing.
